DEC 2025 vs M2005 Helmets

Are those the same rating?

Looking for some cheap M2005 helmets and the SHARK one show DEC 2025 at the back, not sure the difference.
 
Unless you have a DeLorean and intend to drive it at 88 mph, I think you're out of luck.

DEC 2025 helmets are certified for time travel only.

More seriously, SHARK only makes one automotive helmet and that's the RS4 PRO AUTO. That helmet (specifically) is SNELL SA 2005 certified according to the manufacturer.
 
A shop selling 149 from 349....I see SharK has a lot of sale online....but they arent M rated.

I don't quite follow. You want an SA helmet, not an M helmet, no?

Mind you the differences are apparently only:

- Flame resistance requirements for SA
- Rollbar impact resistance requirement for SA
- Wider visual clearance requirements for M
- Different allowances for ventilation openings
- Minor difference in face shield impact requirement

Have you checked out Perry Auto? They just received a whole new batch of helmets recently.
