We at TEKNOTIK are proud to introduce the newest addition to our header family. By popular demand we would like to introduce the D Series Race header.
All our D series Race Headers have the following specifications:
Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel
2.5in Collector
Hand Tig Welded
Fits: D15B, D16Z6, D16Y8, D Series Non Vtec
Chassis:EF, EG, EK
DOES NOT CLEAR AC OR PS WITHOUT MODIFICATION

The test car was a SOHC NON-VTEC ZC engine.
Here is the race header installed on a test vehicle.
Here is the typical DC style 4-1 header off EBAY installed on a test vehicle.
This graph shows the relative humidity and temperature during the testing phase.
This graph shows you the D series Race header (RED) @ 4000RPMs vs the Ebay DC style Header (Blue)
This graph shows you the D series race header (RED) @ REDLINE vs the Ebay DC style header (BLUE)
The D series Race Header outperformed the generic DC style header and made more power EVERYWHERE. Both headers were run OPEN header, no catalytic converters or exhausts hooked up. There was NO Tuning performed.
As you can see from the graph you will see that the D Series RACE header keeps climbing and making good power @ redline as opposed to the EBAY header where it falls off. This D Series Race header is screaming for an aftermarket cam.
This test proves that even the mildest engine can make good gains (as much as 10whp in the midrange) and it will definitely benefit more with more modifications to the engine.
