How long before manufacturers find a new niche and start offering 2-door SUV/SAV? The Evoque will be the first, is Porsche, BMW, Audi and others around the corner.

World premiere at last month's MPH The Prestige & Performance Motor Show in London.

Starting with the latest generation of the Porsche Cayenne, Merdad chops off the SUV's rear doors and proceeds with the necessary changes to the rest of the body. A comprehensive styling kit with aero parts and a choice of black or silver colored 22-inch alloy wheels along with an electronic lowering module are then added to the 902 Coupe.

The interior of the two-door Cayenne is swathed in black leather and red Alcantara, plus unique trim and a new steering wheel.

Being a custom build, Medrad also improves the Porsche's performance offering various upgrades for the Turbo model (550bhp to 750bhp), with the most potent version boasting a 0-60mph sprint time of 4.4 seconds.

It's cool, but there's a little something that prevents me from loving it....I can't put my finger on it. Maybe the color? I hate matte black. The last one looks pretty cool in gloss black.

I actually think it looks, cool , and I'm really not a cayenne fan in teh first place.

je suis pas extremement fan des Cayennes mais j'aime bien celui la. seule chose.. c'est leurs concept 2 portes que je n'aime pas trop.. tant qu'a moi, un SUV sa devrait etre 4 portes.

mais dans l'ensemble j'adore !

Pourqu'un qui veuxun coupe sport, mais qui veux beaucoup de ground clearance pour l'hivers pis qui veux loader l'arriere de plein de baggages pour les roadtrips.

Looks really nice, but i dont dig the matte, would look better in gloss, like the last picture. This is not in production is it? Because if it is, I don't think it would sell that much..

oh ok, well they did a really nice job actually to pull the "coupe look" would of been sick in matte white in my opinion
