i bought something from someone and i broke it.

the company that sells the product won't help! they ignore me!
i just wanted to tell everyone that some companies suck at customer service, thats all.
 
Also don't forget to hide important facts.

And whatever you do, don't call or show up at the company, e-mails will suffice.
