Inline-4 for me.
Naturally Aspirated, i like high rpm's and do not care about torque. (i know i should own a honda).

Favorite engines:
BMW S14
Honda B16B
 
imposible to say for me, I have favorites in each layout but to flat out say the best layout I donno depends on too many factors
 
Anything but inline 4...

Fav. 4 cyl is def. the boxer engine.
Fav 6 is probably V6

Favourite engine of all is V10 for sure. There are just so many overtones in the sound of a V10, sounds like nothing else in the world.

je dirait L4 et L6, pour la simplicité. la plupart des moteurs les plus robuste sont des L4 ou des L6. 3B diesel, cummins 5.9 diesel, 22RE, etc
