Need legal spanish translation

So I'm getting married in the Dominican in a few months, and we need 4 papers translated and legalized, from english to spanish. The dominican consulate downtown charges 140$ per paper, are there any alternatives or should I just have them do it for 560$?

I figured any spanish notary might be able to do this but I'm not sure.

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks guys.
