looks good. Keep it up. IF you dont mind me asking how did you mount that intake manifold up? I heard it is a PITA
You have to change some of the bolts provided in the kit, the ones that hold the adapter flange on the OEM runners. They just don't fit. I used 13mm head ones (with same threads) and notched the head 1/16" maybe more on some places.
You can enlarge the holes on the plenum where the bolt goes but I don't liked to work this way.
I have to use 1 of the OEM studs becauce 1 was missing in the kit. Not that bad.
Remove all studs and drill 3 holes in the OEM runners (enlarge to remove threads) where longer studs must be used on the plenum.
Work a little on the two gaskets, enlarge holes in some places, and cut the excess if you want something more esthetic. Be careful to not break it, I don't think you can buy an other!
The plenum "flange" seems not to be straight in center, I'll resurface it after all remaining work just to be sure.
You must remove all burrs and smooth the ports everywhere, it's just not done at the facility by workers.
With all that work done yourself, I think it's a good choice, it's only time, no money to invest. Without work, forget it. Worked by mechanic/fabricator, I don't think it worth the price.
Sorry for my bad english, I'm french.. I'm making good efforts but I'm not sure of my words all times.
