From K03 To K04 Swap ?

je voulais savoir , c est quoi les modification minimal a faire pour K04 turbo swap?

audi a4 1.8t ou passat 1.8t .

You can do all the mentioned stuff above, but you can also just drop it in and drive with a stock ecu. Keep in mind that the tune will be the one that tells you what you need since it was designed using specific parts.

My advice in reagrds to parts to change that would apply to any tune is to replace your DV with a more perfomance oriented unit, replace you N75 with a new one (don't get race versions stick with oem) and change both the feed and return oil lines to the turbo.

557p ecu (AEB engine) don't run TT injectors BTW
 
K04 Is not worth the money to power ratio, save for a 71r or a 60rs
Not to mention, the torque spikes on those things might bend rods.

If you want nice power, without touching the internals, go for the franken turbo, its a k04 on steroids.
I think unitronics made a file that put out 260 awhp on a B6.

i hope i dont bend my rods with a k04
 
you'll drive it and get sick of it quickly because you'll want more power than the k04
In the end, you'll end up paying more money

do it right the first time
 
When i saw the K04 I said to myself go big or go home..Getting everything ready for a GT28
