last minute Vacation

Just got 8 days off before the big rush of the summer. All my friend are busy, i'm single... yet i see someone couple time here and there but in no way she is gonna come with me.
I don't know what to do, should i take my bike and go to miami (or somewhere where it's hot and where there is beaches) or should i take the plane in a all inclusive (cuba mexico...)?

what would you do and where would you go?
 
hum... right now i'm just thinking it might be better to take the plane, traveling on a racer... doable but a pita with just a tankbag and a small backpack.
Need to sleep each night in different hotel/motel each time... nothing included
