HDTV outdoor antennas !

Je sais je suis dans un condo, j'ai une indoor antenna. Mais OSTI, je pogne plus de poste quand je déconnecte mon antenne que lorsqu'elle est connecté! No joke!!!

Si y pleut, je perd tva. Si il vente, je perd V, si ya un gars qui flush sa toilette à Candiac c'est Radio Canada.

Avant j'avais une antenne custom made, elle allait bien mais pas 100%, alors mon frère ma donner sa petite digiwav. L'antenne pogne mieux dans le garde robe que dans la fenêtre esti.

Jta veille de faire rentrer Bell ou un de ses voleurs la icitt.

Je serais enclin a dire que si quelqu'un flush sa toilette c'est TVA qui debarquerait.
 
Esti que j'aimerais ça cord-cutter mais je lis les dernières pages du thread et no-fucking-way que je vais m'équipper en OTA. J'vois déjà ma blonde disjoncter après moi si y faut que LA fois dans l'année qu'elle veut écouter de quoi, ça pogne pas.
 
Bonjour a tous/hello all!

Lst year I purchased a Clearstream C4V along with the converter for my 15 yr old tv in my garage. I installed it on the mast formerly occupied by my Bell satellite dish. To make it short, it never worked. Dejected, I packed it all back up and returned it to Best Buy.

Screwed up the courage again this year, but bought only the C2V along with another Mediasonic Homewerx converter. This time it worked fine, and that's with the antenna in the attic. Only thing was I couldn't get 22 and the three Fox channels on 44. Did some research on combining two antennas, took a gamble and installed a 2nd identical antenna at a 90* angle from the first, but at the same height and about 4' away. So happy now, all my channels are stronger and I get 44. Still no 22 however, which is weird. I get 3, 5, 33 & 57. Whazzup with 22?

By the way, the 2nd antenna was bought thru E-bay@ $29US, the first one was $120 CAN. What a rip, Best Buy...

Depuis que j'ai calissé la digiwav dans les vidanges et que j'ai regosser sur ma planche de bois, le signal est revenu et maintenant je pogne plein signal sur pas mal de poste. Faut juste que je ressoude le connecteur.

Yes Ronin, freakin' 22 is all that's really missing and I "should" be able to receive it.
 
Sérieux j'ai une mohu sur le coin de la fenêtre au 2e étage pis je pogne les postes importants pour ma blonde, rad can, TVA pis v... C'est sur ya pas grand chose entre chez nous pis la ville vu que je suis sur la rive sud.

Au sous sol par contre c'est autre chose.

Tu poigne le 22 a St Jerome? Simmonac, je sait que mon antenne est dans le grenier, mais je recoit tous les postes US, sauf le 22. Puis shui a Carignan, ben plus proche aux lignes que toi....

Abc 22'signal is much lower in strength compared to other stations as to not interfere with a station in Sherbrooke. Depending where you live, You need one of those 70's 10 foot long antennas on a 30' tall mast and motor in order to get a signal.
 
And yet Asunamaxxx (post 454) up in St Jerome gets 22 (I'm guessing with an outdoor antenna), but I, living just 80k kms from the border can't get 22 with an in-the-attic set-up?
I'm thinking that I'll end up bringing the antennas outdoors, only a matter of time.

This is my VFD air-compressor project all over again....LOL

Saint-Jérôme is much higher up in elevation compared to you. This alone helps quite a bit.
 
Question;

Initielement, je poignait les trois postes de canal 5. Mais depuis un bon bout de temps, je ne recoit plus 5-2. Il y a tu un raison en particulier? Le TV Guide le montre comme etant toujours sur les ondes, pourquoi que tout d'un coup, je ne le recoit plus?

Les postes 22, m'a finir par les avoir, 'sti! Je vais installer les antennes a l'exterieur s'il faut, mais je vais gagner....
