When they are not answering because of 60+ minutes phone queue time, they hang up on your after 2h47 mins of waiting time over phone support ...

Is the company dead ?

^^ that's tpia tarrifs.. same plan as videotron.

acanac has the shittiest customer service...

acanac, if your service works, you`re all good.
the day it stops because of reason x and you try to get a hold on them and get things working back again, good luck buddy.
