Wow, that must have been one hell of an impact, it seems to have moved your steering wheel all the way to the passenger side of the car!
My main concern is if it's any way possible to fight this situation. My main positive out of this situation is that she claimed to have been going 20km's however the damages to my door ( fully bent inwards by roughly 2 feet) have to have resulted in a collision of 60+km/h. The area that this happened in was a school zone. So I'm wondering if there is anyway I can get some kind of money out of this situation.

Le gars etait 100% acquité quand il a contesté son billet ... Le jeu d'enfant n'aurait jamais dû se trouver dans la rue selon le juge ! Il voulait meme qu'on fasse réparer sa voiture !!!

The no-fault is only for body injuries and clothing. The cars are insured by their owners with the coverage they want.isn't quebec a no-fault accident territory?
