Is there a photos archive in montreal?

I'm trying to find some old pictures of a section of downtown montreal back in the 1960's. Does anyone know where I can find this?
Or if some library or governmental department that handles this?

I've been looking for something for a while though... does anybody have pics of the west island (st charles, st jean, des sources) in the years 1980-1995?
Much appreciated if you have any pics or know what I can get some.
