PAL/R-PAL course done, now what?

Sup dawgs,

Did my PAL and R-PAL courses about a month ago. No news till yesterday. I got a card from FQTIR saying I passed the course CCSMAFAR, yadda yadda yadda.

So now I got this card... can I apply or do I still need to wait for a second document proving i passed the non-restricted course as well?
 
send some documents to the RCMP along with 80$, wait 40 days, they call you and question you a bit along with a relative and once you receive your possession/aquisition, buy yourself a nice shotgun :)
 
for anyone interested, you are supposed to get 2 cards.

I got the second one today. One from faune department, another from fqtir
 
Alors non, aucune munition de surplus militaire donc aucune munition avec coeur/chemise d'acier n'est permise au club. Les MFS aussi sont interdites.

sa me fait chier en esti a cause ke jme suis pogner une caisse de 1000 de MFS pensant que sa aurait fait la job. :(
