anyways STEVE KINSER , world of Outlaws driver, multiple champion is the guy I was looking for. When you race 75+ times a year, the numbers add up!

the right answer for the second question was and as I wrote- Westwood Motorsport Park- Canada's first PERMAQNENT roadrace facility- opened in 1959, closed in 1990

That would be Benetton. But to be fair, they "coloured" other teams before hand, starting in late 1982 with Tyrrell:

I would argue with this statement.... Lotus was the first to do so by being the first to race with the sponsor's colours (red/white/gold for Gold Leaf - Imperial Tabacco) on the Lotus 49 (1968).
