I'm in the process of buying a used house, it needs some repair on the foundation. I already got a quote from Les Goudrons du Quebec and wanted a second opinion to compare prices and work needed.

Can you recommend another reputable company?

there is also doctor foundation.
they repaired a side window crack and it hasn't leaked for over 10 years now.

Juste une suggestion pour pas faire comme chez mes parents, ne fait pas seulement évaluer par un expert en fissure...

Fait vérifier aussi tes drains et le reste de l'environnement de la maison. Chez nous il y avait des roches de 1-2 tonnes qui avait été remit pour remblayer la fondation et sa accotait dessus et sa bougeait avec le gel/degel.

bumping an old thread...

I need to get a footing rebuilt in a crawl space and have a drainage system installed on the inside of the footing around the entire perimeter, can anyone recommend a company that specializes in this?
