i need tranny help !

i'm so upset but heres how it happened ... cars a vrt , 10psi big turbo . 3rd gear , full boost 7000rpm and the gear popped

all my gears were suppose to be shimmed and cryo treated , why would it pop? sounds like i have a tooth or 2 rattling around in my tranny now
 
3rd gear was suppose to be from a passat also , its super long.

anyone know a good tranny place that doesnt charge an arm and a leg ....


im 361whp , maybe thats why it blew
 
little update : start the car, tranny makes noise and i press the clutch and the noise goes away. i can freely put it into any gear. could my release bearing be complete shot ?
 
no im gonna drop the tranny tomorrow . i just took the car for a drive around the block , 3rd goes in but when i let go of the clutch it makes weirder noises and shakes , etc
