There is a yellow transparent paint for glass at home hardware ask for peinture pour vitraille. Its paint for glass basically.

^ What Mayer posted, available at rona i still have a can somewhere... But i found it's more orangish than yellow :-/

Dunnon how much surface you have, but i know Omer de Serre as some small vitrail paint in many colors
 
For fogs, why not get lamin-x, they come in yellow and are probably what you're REALLY looking for.
