how much do you spend per month on food/supps? j/w

i spend like 100$ per week on food and i dont take supps anymore, I had better result with real food than when i was relying on my protein shake bullshi. the only supps i would recommend would be creatine,im not a fan of the rest. J/W?
 
^ true always better with whole foods but in my case id find it impossible to get 200g of protein in a day without any shakes, like how many freakin cans of tuna can you eat in a day lol
 
^I try to spread it out. Ex: 6 eggs (two yokes) in the morning, tuna for brunch, tuna for lunch, greek yogourt for snack, chicken breast for supper..
 
Greek yogurt is moneyyyyy

18g of protein per serving. Mix a little non-pasteurized honey in there and you're in for a nice snack
 
Thick solid tight, can u post ur diet?? What do u usually eat ?

8am : oatmeal+eggs or peanut butter toast+ eggs

9am : smoked salmon sandwich

11am: brown rice or pasta or sweet potatoes + Chicken or tuna or Ground Bison or fish

1pm: cottage cheese+ fruits

3pm: home made milkshake(milk+egg whites+fruits)

5Pm:chicken/tuna/fish/beef/wtv meat + veggies

7pm: chicken/tuna/fish/beef/wtv meat + veggies

10pm: cottage cheese

Solid diet brah.

If only i had discipline for a diet like that. I would be making ALL KINDSSSS OF GAINEZZZZZZZZZZ
