I'll check tonight.. I'm sure I have 1 DELL 19", and an NEC 19" (a NEC LCD1980SXi IPS panel). Both are like new.. The Dell was lightly used for about 1 year on my test bench for when I was putting machines together.. The NEC was purchased a while back for it's IPS panel since at the time I was doing a lot of Photo editing (had actually purchased 2, but gave 1 to my son), but eventually I just got a 27" IPS instead of using a multimonitor setup (so it was never used).

Anyhow, I'll check tonight and send you a PM.

just bought 3 monitor on kijiji, 19'' all of them ranging 20-30$. thanks anyways.
