Il a esseyer de prendre de quoi dans son camion... Tirer était justifié.

Par contre le fait qu'ils menottent un cadavre et qu'aucun n'entreprenne de manoeuvre de réanimation avant l'arriver des Paramédic ca ce n'est pas professionnel.
 
Il est prouver que dans ces situations hyperstresantes le policier suite a l evenement n a aucune idee de combien de coup de feu il a tiré..
 
on voit très bien que le gars a pas voulu prendre quelque chose mais a voulu plutôt se déprendre de la ceinture.La police coupe même la ceinture prise à sa jambe! :yikes: MR= *td*
Et crier à la femme de s'enlever alors qu'il est mort, c'est du vrai n'importe quoi.

Ta ben raison, après avoir regardé le vidéo une dizaine de fois bien confortablement assis dans ma chaise j'arrive à la même conclusion.

On voit aussi que le policier a voulu remettre son gun dans son holster mais quand il a bien vu que le gars était pris dans ca ceinture il c'est dit :" cris y va toute défaire la ceinture a zigner comme ca, ca va faire descendre la valeur de son truck". La il a ressorti son gun pour le tirer et lui rendre service.

Mais bon si j'avait été à la place du policier j'aurais tirer juste sur le coin de la porte pour que la balle ricoche dessus et qu'elle aille peter la bolt qui retient la ceinture, Comme ca le résultat aurait été le même mais il n'y aurait pas eu d'éclaboussure de sang dans la porte.

The cop was putting his gun away.
Good ol' Ernie acted frantically jumping outta the car, not hands in the air, not looking like he was ready to comply, not looking like he was unarmed, he got shot.
The guy was a known criminal, armed/dangerous, with a long list of offenses, and just messed with his parol.
Cop was in every right to assume he could be in danger.

most probably armed man, known criminal, dangerous. You do what you can as a smart person. Tell him not to move. Win-win situation. He doesnt get shot. You know you wont get shot. Criminal complies to the officer of the law, not the other way around.

If a known criminal who is possibly armed and can kill you moves frantically when you told him to stop and dont move or I'll shoot, I assure you the split second reaction you're going to have is not: "lemme see if he has a gun or a weapon of some sort that he can kill me with in an instant. Oh hes jumping out of the car really quickly and not following ordera, let's wait and see, maybe theres was a bee in the cabin."

There was a story of a drunk guy a while back who got shot by the cops because he was sitting on his lawn aiming what they thought was a gun but in reality was a garden hose nozzle and shot him.

They never asked him to put the "gun" down, never said they were cops. Just shot him.

Suspect has a lethal weapon in his hand
Death or Grievous bodily harm is present
Officer is justified to discharge his/her duty pistol as many rounds as necessary to stop the threat.
When shooting, peace officers never shoot to injure, the procedure is shoot to kill (Center mass)

There's a difference between cops giving bullshit tickets over idiotic laws and a cop shooting a total scumbag. This guy wasn't your average joe, he's a goddamn rapist with a bunch of other baggage too.
 
It looked like he was going to get something from the back seat... Cop did the right move, one criminal dead instead of tax payers money wasting away on him in prison.

For those who wonder why cops handcuff what seems 'dead' subjects... cops are not doctors and only doctors can 'legally' declare a person dead.
Technically the status of the subject is unknown thus the cuffs go on for safety reasons in case the subject plays dead and pulls another weapon.
 
Je joue a call of duty et quand je me fais surprendre je tire comme un malade partout, donc j'imagine même pas être a la place du policier face a un enfoirer comme ça qui essai de faire je sais pas quoi... a oui c'est vrai, après avoir regarder le vidéo 10 fois je me suis rendu compte qu'il était pris dans ça ceinture.

Le monde son outrer de voir quelqu'un ce faire tirer dessus 13 fois, car ça pourrait être votre voisin, sauf que votre voisin a pas le back ground de ce trou du cul la.

Criss il a au moins 10 balles dans le corps et il bouge encore.

Ceux qui dise que le policer a pas été professionnelle, j'aurais aimer ça vous voire dans ça situation.

Moi personnellement je lui en aurais tirer une dans le front pour être sur de 1: qu'il est bien mort et de 2: qu'il coutera rien a l'état :)

Penser ce que vous voulez, mais des merdes comme ça on en n'a pas besoin.

le policier la pas intercepter de cette façon parce qu'il avait bruler un feu rouge, mais bien parce que c'est un esti de dangereux qui n'a rien a perdre et qui est prêt a tuer un policier qui a une famille et qui vit selon nos loi
