Ive done two SMCC events and I loved it. For those considering it you should definitely try it out if you haven't already. It's a ton of fun and these guys are friendly and very well organized!! Its an awesome intro to TSD rallying.

Bump - Criterium des Neiges samedi prochain / next Saturday!
Looks like the Laurentians are getting a good dump of snow right now and that temperatures will stay sub-zero throughout the week. Les conditions devraient etre excellents.

Bump for Rallye des Neiges this Saturday evening in Bromont.
C'est ouvert a tous dans n'importe quelle voiture legale sur les routes du Quebec. Il y a une ecole de rallye a 16h au depart.
If you look at the preregistered list you'll notice that the most successful U.S. rally driver ever is competing. Some snow is scheduled for Friday, and it's sure to be awesome.
Ca vaut meme la peine de checker toutes les voitures dans le stationnement au St-Hub a Bromont avant le depart a 19h.

Turnout was disappointingly low, but those who came out got to see a pack that included a Lancia Delta Integrale, a Smart, a Genesis, an A3 and the usual Saabarus. Rally legend John Buffum co-drove to a near perfect finish of 0.1 points over 28 controls. Conditions were great.
Still the best fun that can be had with any car, $40 and a tank of gas!
