I need to gain about 40 pounds, don't care how. Good get fat fast diet?

Anyone know a get fat fast diet? I'm 5'11 and 150 pounds and I'd like to get to 190 so I can cut down afterwards with lifting/boxing. I used to weigh alot more before I stopped training years ago so I'd like to get out of this skinnyfag phase I'm in and get back into it. Would be cool to find a guideline on what I should be eating/buying exactly so I can follow it and achieve my goal weight. Been so long since I've been on any kind of diet...
 
dirty bulk. basically get your maintenance calories and eat 500-700 or more extra calories per day of whatever you want you'll gain 1-2 pounds a week. eat even more if you need faster results. i wouldnt recommend dirty bulking though but its quick and hastle free, no need to prepare meals, calculate macros and being anal about stuff.
 
It is stupid to bulk like that cause you will gain so much fat and almost no muscle just to go back on a diet to burn the fat off and come back to ur initial weight.

option A : you eat a lot of good food which means lots of meat potatoes pasta rice etc.. this way at least you'll gain some mucle mass

option B : eat mcdees like 4 times a day with lots of pastry , chocolate etc... this way you'll just become a fat ass .
 
Eat more and if you cant eat more you will need to eat more. Egg, pasta, potato, rice, nuts and alot of vegetables. You can also add weight gainer 2-3 time a day. Dont forget to sleep at least 9hours/night.
 
Tell me your lifting while eating like a fatass otherwise, you won't change that fat into muscle by boxing lol.

McDess 4 times a day should do the trick quite fast. Not that I would do it lol

Well this is stupid. Gaining fat to cut adfterwards... so you'll get to square one since you are an ectomorph and you'll have absolutely no gains whatsoever. Plus, the switch from fat to fit will ne really rough.

Just eat in order of importance carbs, prots, and fat. AVOID SUGAR. You are an ecto, sugar will trim ya.
 
I hate you. I wish I could just lose 40lbs with a snap of a finger. I don't see the point of "getting fat" and then working it off. Why not just build up?

Also, I've read the posts and took them all into consideration and I'm just going to lift while doubling or tripling my calorie intake. I'll try to not do too much cardio though, because if I do I know it'll be even more tough to see any gains. I remember when I first started to workout I was 17 and 135 pounds, and about 5'10. It took me 2 years of solid training and diet to get up to 170. My motive for getting bulky is because I'm going to volunteer as a firefighter at a family friend's department. I'll of course need the experience before going to school for it and applying at different departments aswell. I just wanna be fully prepared for the physical tests ahead and I know they're quite demanding.
 
the same thing happenned to me, went from 185 to 150 in about 6 month because I stopped traning. I'm doing the same thing as I was doing for gaining weight, Fat proteins diet, I would get the protein through fat stuff, like yogourt, tuna cans, eggs, cottage cheese, nuts, ect ect. Not some fag soy beans and stuff like this.

worked for me once and it's working for me again.

Right. You don't want cardio but plan on being a firefighter ? So far the options offered to you have been to eat and lift...but no cardio. That advice is just idiotic.
What's the point of doing 5x5 deadlifts when as a firefighter you'll be running up and down the stairs with gear on ?

You need to do LOTS of cardio and by cardio I don't mean running on the treadmill for hours like an idiot. You need to do HIIT with heavy weights and eat more than you ever ate. You need the heart & lung capacity to support an extra 40lbs of muscle on your frame. If you just gain 40 lbs of muscle without the cardio to support, it will be useless for anything else than to "look good" and even that is debatable.

There is no easy way out for you but to work hard and consistently. It won't happen in 6 months. More like 2 years. But hey, nothing good in this life is free.

do the big 3 lifts; deadlift, squat, bench. Lift heavy and EAT.

I went from a skinny and unhealthy 157lbs to 217 dirty bulk in less than 8-9 month. Went from benching 35lbs plates to 275, squatting a plate to 455lbs and deadlifting 35lbs plates to 405lbs. I did join a powerlifting gym mid way thru.
