What did you do to your VW/Audi today?

I love it. I love the fit and finish, i love the power, i love the tech (LEDs, Sound system, DCC, Drive modes, etc...)
I love the fuel economy.
The only thing I miss from the MK5 is the sound. Other than that... the MK7 is leaps ahead of the MK5/MK6.

I cant wait to get it lowered a tad, get some nice wheels and hopefully a Tune.

i'm sure you love the fuel economy haha. It's so bad on a MK5

got the front end PPF with suntek today... im so happy with the outcome. i can drive without worrying my hood/bumper will be demolished!

Soo was going to connecticut on monday for my work...on my way down i drove over some Really bad railroad tracks and cracked my oil pan arond the drain plug...luckly i was in southern NY state 60km from my buddys house/shop...got it towed there and we JB welded the pan for it to last the rest of my trip. After another750ish kms..i made it back home today. I had my friend pick up a new pan and oil soo ill be replacing it all tomorrow.
I also orderer myself a metal skidplate for the wagon also..not trying to have this happen again lol

The hybrid oil pan was the solution that worked for me back when I had La Boucaneuse.
The skid plates would hit the oil pan and crack it.
That or the skid plate would bend when hitting the road, making it nearly impossible to remove when maintenance was due.
But I was waaaaay lower than your wagon is.

I can run a hybrid on this since it has the extra oil level sensor at the bottom of the pan.

As for ski plates ive had one on my black car for 100k km with no issues...god knows ive "sent it" on same nasty things...anything from ciment blocks to big metal straps never had a bending issue..ran it 1.5summers with normal pan and 1.5 summers with hybrid and raised engine/subframe and a bit lower. Never ever broke a pan 🤷*♂️...come to think of it ive only broke a pan once on my cars before and it was on my first ever mk4 in 2011 and it wasnt even lowered hahaha

call stance dubs

+1 .

*tu*
