My RNS-E is from a B7 that's all i know.
RNS-E can only take 2 GB SD or 4 GB SD CARDS which are NON SDHC! The 4GB NON SDHC cards that i got are rare & not in production anymore. These cards cost a lot. I got lucky on eBay.

Ya I know kufatec, I though I coud get something local, so 2gig SDHC won't work or its only the 4gig SDHC that won't work

No SDHC card will work. Must be SD only, NON-SDHC.
Only 2GB & 4GB (Like i stated 4GB extremely rare & $$$$)
I have some 2GB SD cards lying around, if you need pm me

BACKUP CAMERA INSTALLED, also with an OVERRIDE SWITCH to turn it on as i please
Got 2 X 4GB SD cards to max out the size for my RNS-E
Also load times are not slower or anything.
Any chance you can link to the camera on eBay? I'd like to try this myself sine I'm retrofitting a 2010 RNS-E into my A3. one other thing, is this the wireless version? Or did you run the RCA cable from the back thru to the front?

Jobmate Wet/Dry Vacuum
Worked out well, but still have a few spots to clear up. I'm going to try vinegar and water the next time, so I can really get the old salt out of there.

Not wireless, cables are run. I didn't do the install myself, I got some guy name Alex, to do this stuff.
Found him on a FB group called Montreal Audi Club. He knows his shit.

Also fixed again my broken glove box hinge, my bracket was coming loose so picked up a better one
