Front calipers are a bolt on upgrade for any and all E46's and requires minimum 17" wheels.

Rear calipers are NOT bolt on. The 330I trailing arm is required (dust shield, handbrake shoes, etc are different).

There are many threads dedicated to exactly what fits what and which combination of parts is required.

As long as we are adding precision, the rears ARE a simple bolt-on to the e46 325 xi there may be more than one of those on this board.

The 17" wheel is a widely accepted rule BUT there are many 16" wheels that will fit with no issues or with the use of a small spacer. Common example is ASA JH3 which is commonly used as a winter wheel on these cars. On the OE side, I have seen M Contour 16" fit with a 5 mm spacer.
