Same here! It's just about double the HP too! The vanos unit and valvetrain really looks identical to the S54!

Actually, the S70/2 looks more like two S50B30 engines stuck together (3.0Liters found in the E36 M3 euro)

Check how the Vanos unit looks similar:

Good point. The build date would also fit better.

I'm pretty sure Leno could find that Vanos and those coilpacks at his local BMW dealer...
