Why do I keep seeing the number 11 whenever I check the clock?

Guys this is so freaky! Every time I check the time the first 2 numbers are between 01 and 12 and the last two numbers are between 00 and 59!!! EVERY TIME!!!11:11

My brother once told me a story he heard. It was about the number 17. The same thing happened to him, he saw it not just on clocks, but everywhere.

It then started happening to me, as if he had passed it on. It was weird, it was a while ago but it was so frequent for me. I didn't go looking for it; it normally found me.

I once decided to look for it, so I went to my PS2 (it was GTA San Andreas at the time) and I went to the casino, went to roulette. Bet all in on 17 black. First shot I won. I was not surprised, I just turned off the game and continued my day.

After a while it "wore" off and I stopped caring about it, so I stopped seeing it everywhere I went.
 
Got the exact same issue, every time i look at my wall clock in my garage it says the same time.
Maybe i should go and get the AAA battery that was not included when i bought the typical mag wheel clock at CT!
