Turbo disponible pour kadett 89????

Bonjour a tous je vien tout juste de macheter une isuzu kadett e gsi 89 moteur c20ne 8v et je voulais savoir si un turbo etais possible pour ce moteur ou qualite/puissance si supercharge serais mieux ((pour rally)):)

Plus sérieusement.
Le C20NE est un moteur Opel.
Tu peut swapper pour un C20GET de Sunbird GT/SE 1988-1994 qui va fitté directement dans le trou de ton char.
Tu pourrais meme te prendre une tete DOHC des modeles de Daewoo plus récent Chevrolet Optra/Daewoo Leganza pour amélioré les performances car Daewoo/GM et Opel partagais beaucoup de mécaniques entre plusieurs modeles de voitures.
Fait des recherches sur google y'a beaucoup d'informations la-dessus! J'espere que ca ta aidé un peut!
 
Some people itt are unaware... OP if you want power out of your 'Kadett' (is it a Pontiac Lemans or really a Kadett?) your best bet on power is to go with the 16V Turbo equivalent of you C20E, the C20LET, as found in the Calibra Turbo or later Astra coupe turbo... You could turbocharge your current engine (done a lot in AUS) but a full swap would be better as it is fairly bolt-on... Good luck!
 
C'est tout à fait possible de mettre un moteur de Sunbird Turbo, si tu as une GSI, le moteur se montent pile dedans.

Ça tire vraiment beaucoup, pour ce que c'est, évidemment. Tu planteras pas une ITR H22 Turbo BBQ, mais c'est plus qu'en masse pour voir du fun.
 
Ah oui, aussi, appelle pas ça un Kadett E... C'est un Pontiac Lemans, ou un Passport Optima. De toute façon, c'est des Daewoo fait en Corée, pas une Opel assemblée en Allemagne. Je sais que c'est pareil, mais bon...

Petit hint aussi - il y a un nombre surprenant de pièces de Saab GM900/9-3 première génération (basée sur la Vauxhall Cavalier, PAS la Chevrolet Cavalier!!!) qui sont compatibles. Ce sont toutes des plateformes Opel qui datent des mêmes années, alors il y a beaucoup de contamination croisée!!!

Les forums Daewootech et Astra MK2 sont pas mal du tout pour de l'info technique.

Didn't that car belong (or at least driven by) one of the mechanics teachers at CFCRS in Laprairie? Remember it at the yaerly school outing at Napi back in like 2005-06... Fast little car that was with the C20LET; was running high 13s & was not built for the quarter...

Thanks 4 the hints so you thinks c20let is really better but i have to change head ((16v)) does he fit bolt on on c20ne motor base or i have to change entierely motor because not much of c20get to sale less cost but not same hp... But do you thinks c20let is more strengh than c20get its 4 race so i whant to upgrade it but at a desend price!!! Thanks again p.s do you know site sell entire motor in canada ??? I only found rissemotorsport but is in germany....

Selon Daewootech.com tout les tete Twin Cam des 2 litres de Chevrolet Optra fitterais. C'est le meme bloc qui sont partagé depuit 1984 dans les Sunbird et J2000... Sinon commande toi une mécanique complete C20 d'allemagne. Sur ebay y'a beaucoup de pieces aftermarket que tu pourrais avoir aussi.
EDIT:
La différence entre les tete DOHC de Daewoo et Opel c'est que les ports d'exhaust et intake sont beaucoup plus petit sur la version Daewoo.. alors tu te rammasse une tete a scrappe et tu port'n'polish ca a ton gout!
Sinon te faire importé une tete risquerais de te couté une beurré.
 
C20LET is total unobtanium in Canada, since they never marketed on this side of the ocean. Same with C20XE...

Also, C20LET were not even that common in Europe, so expect to pay big bucks to find one big bucks the freight it here, and heachaches to find the parts to keep it alive.

The 8V turbo (C20GET?) was sold here and can be found for peanuts and with even mild tuning, will be more engine than you can ever wish for in this chassis, which wasn't the best, even when brand new in an Opel dealership...

Also, there is more to the euro engines than just the head. The bottom end was suitably equipped to deal with 150hp (XE) and 200hp (LET), so a 20 year old granny engine build to deal 100hp on a good day may not be able to cope for very long...

If you are thinking of using the Optra head, you might as well use the whole engine... If it fits, which I'm not sure it will (I haven't kept current in this matter). Also, there is an "ecotec" used in some Daewoo Nubiras that could be used. It has nothing in common with the common Ecotec still used in GM cars, but it too can be had for peanuts - if you can find one...
 
Les 2 litres et 2.2 litres de Daewoo (Chevrolet Optra et Daewoo Leganza). Ce sont les meme bloc que les anciens C20NE et C20GET de Sunbird.
Nous avons vérifié ceci chez Kenny-U-Pull quand ont a décendu 2-3 moteur juste pour etre sur.
Les 'mounting points' sont au meme endroit,meme pompe a huile,pompe a eau etc etc.
Donc possbile de trouvé une mécanique avec tres tres bas kilometrage pour faire un projet interessant.

J'en ai eu un, stock sa fait 165 hp et 175 lb de couple, sa tire mais rien de ben fou et c'est vraiment pas solide comme moteur ni comme turbo.

Sauf qu'un sunbird, c'était une grosse vache. Un Lemans, ça pèse rien, et en plus avec la transmission plus courte, ça donne quelque chose de pas pire.

Évidemment, c'est un Turbo des années 80. Faut pas s'attendre à la lune non plus...

Est-ce que le bolt pattern du bellhousing est le même, par contre? Encore plus difficile à trouver comme information...
