Hello MR, i would need your Pro advise on a good gym in ville saint-laurent ( used to go to Powerflex but want a change) and also a good place or kicboxing trainer also in VSL. Thanks

but try kickboxing and drop the idea of going to a gym.

thanks for your answers, i ended up doing what edwardschlacte said. kickboxing , 3x week and i'll see in a couple of months the results.

Apex, VSL and downtown, you can go to both if you make an agreement, it is very nice . So far , so good!
