I highly reccomend this event guys. The deals are great and Dynamique is one of the best shops in Montreal. I'll vouch for them any day.

I edited the nonsense out of your post (ie: no good deals, just some nice cars outside). You are the type of client that no shop wants to have in their store. Unserious, ill-informed and ungrateful. You just posted a negative review because you found a brush online for $7.99 + $4.99 shipping vs the $10 + NO SHIPPING brush in the store that you could have had.

An employee at the store write a nice long letter to you and I decided to post it myself because I support their position 100%.

Did you notice how many stores closed down over the last few years? It is because of stores like Dynamic, like Perry auto, like Lacroix tuning that this industry is still alive, we all work our butts off to provide great service at a great price to satisfy our clients.

So you looked around the shop and grab that brush and asked me personally how much that brush was, I answered you $10. From the link that you provided on top to all the MR readers to see You must be very proud of yourself for finding that same brush for $7.99 on amazon. Wow dude $2.01 Less than at the store, I'm sure you ran home, called the people at Amazon, and ordered that brush right away and ask them to deliver to you the next day. What? They cannot deliver the next day? What? It cost five dollars to ship? What? What are customs Charges?

Ce soir à 05h00, nous avons la Delorian de «Retour vers le futur" oui, vous avez bien entendu. Un d'une série limitée de répliques identiques aux film , le condensateur flex et tous les goodies. If yesterdays responses are any indication, tonight, we will be packed with cars and people. It's going to be party central.Our DJ will play the latest tracks, the BBQ will be fired up and all will have a great time.

ce soir, nous seront entourer avec des voitures et leur exposant .Notre DJ jouera les derniers mix, le barbecue sera pret et nous allon touts passer un bon moment.
 
Went to last years sale and bought a Viper Starter and Alarm. Great prices and service! Will try to pass by tonight or tomorrow after work.
 
Went last year got bought some parts for my EK. Everything I needed was in stock great price, great staff.
 
Going back to buy more stuff from them, I have nothing bad to say about their products or service so far. Did buy lower priced ebay lighting parts before, almost none of them are operational today, the 2 years old HID kit I got from Dynamique is still fine.

I just happened to see that brush in a video online and randomly saw it at Dynamique. Was holding on to buy it, but the service was too long and the brush wasnt worth it for me. They were looking up a part that I wanted to order. At first I wasn't even sure if he was serving me or just surfing the net. At least one guy helped me find if the part was in stock.

The kind of client? You'd be happy to have me as a client. I just bought a car and was planning to buy all kind of sh!t for this car. Too bad for them, I ended up buying all my cleaning products at CA Tires. Dynamique had the same products on the shelf... with dust on them. Meanwhile CT currently has sales on some good branded product!

News flash dude, sometimes in order to find the correct product for a client's car, we do have to use google or go to the suppliers website! We are a specialty shop and do not do the same job as the cashiers at Canadian tire.

Oh, the service is long? That's because we were having a SHOW! when you go to any place that has an average of 10 clients per hour and during a 3 day show that we hold once a year, you may need a little patience. Every product in our store has a price tag, sorry you found one of the only products that was not.

We received over 150 likes and great comments on our facebook page over the last 3 days. As for the dust on the cleaning product items being full of dust, your a fucking liar!!! The store and products are cleaned regularly. After I saw another one of your stupid comments, I checked and they are all clean.

As an automotive performance specialist speaking on behalf of all auto performance specialists, please stay a good client of Canadian tire, we really don't want clients like you at our shops!

btw I was there on Thursday after noon and it was dead. There was about three people in store.

as for the dust on the products, look at your car cleaning shelf! the lug nut cleaning tool was dusty too!

As a customer and on the behalf of all customers, I don't like a store that has a staff with an attitude like yours...
you should understand that there are positive and negative comments, your job should be to fix any issues or try to help a customer after a complaint (negative comment); but no, you're just blasting the customer even more.... just great!*byewhore*
