Will a legacy 2.5 2010 cylinder head fit on my forester xt 2004?

Hey guys I need some technical informations : just bought a forester xt 04 that needs some engine works (cylinder head) and I also have 2 cylinder heads that was on a 2010 legacy 2.5.. I know that lots of part can fit on one or the other and wondering if these will fit the fxt engine...
