j'ai finalement trouve le bon melange, j'avais pas catche qu'il faut rajouter plus ou moins d'eau dans la farine vs. les recettes internationales en fonction de la teneur en proteine de la farine.

It needs an hour to simmer. Ends up like this. Pretty easy to make and costs nothing.wtf is this mish mash. No offence, never seen anything like this in my lifetime.
