So tryied musclepharm for 1 month and 2 weeks...no shit happened, didnt notice any difference...

I heard beast was good...

For those who tried...which one worked best?
 
You looking for it to bulk you?

I personally use HCL because it helps with the striength rather then bulk you
 
Well thats the thing,
Bought it too notice some physical changes AND to help with strenght...nothing changed...anyway was happy it was on sale on bb.com

Got my creature yesterday, will start using it monday...we'll see
