IBM Cabinet 7014-t00 Negotiable 2500$

from what site did you get 3800$ cause most sites i did a check on was showing between 1500$ - 1900$ new

It is a very nice and solid rack... Having said that however... For less than $1500 you can get a brand new APC Netshelter SX 42U deep enclosure, shipped... And less than that for the smaller ones. I've used them many times and they are pretty decent..

And my favorites are the Eaton Vantage S2 series (which are the old WrightLine series). These are even more solid than the IBM racks (we have all 3 models in our data center), and they go for about $1500 (plus or minus depending on a few options)..

The advantage this IBM rack has, is the fact that it is a 36U. The size is very convient if you don't need a full rack, but a half rack is too small.. APC does't make racks of this size as far as I remember... But Eaton makes some 35U racks which are equivalent in quality.
