These two Honda’s have driven me across most of the kootenay’s and the Bow valley in Ab, pretty sad that I’m heading east but will realistically move back west once I’m established with a career. I fit in much more out here than in Quebec, I guess it’s the West Island influences maybe?
I think the number one lesson is: keep Quebec plates on your goddamn cars as ICBC are the biggest crooks in the country. My buddy has been driving here since 2015 on Quebec insurance and plates legally because he’s a student. Graduating this year, he saved over 3500$ in insurance that way. On my end, I bought cars here and spent over 3500$ in insurance in three years.
