Good 20k car that is awd?

I'm looking for a used car that is awd and around the 20k ish mark. My golf is going to shits, so now is the time to look. Any suggestions? I usualy tend to buy euro's but i'm willing to get a good japanese car if I see one I like.

2.Bmw 328i wagon
2.Lexus is250
3.Subaru wrx

I don't know what else is out there
