est ce qu il y'a quelque un qui sait pourquoi les r32 n était pas légal au USa avant hier pourtant il ont des r34 et autre model jdm?

There's loopholes in certain states like Texas I believe. It's kind of like Quebec. You can drive a car with no more rockers, busted up windshield, and no lights, sell it to somebody else and they're on their merry way driving since you don't need to get it inspected.
