Just post the hardest training you've went through recently. It might give some ideas of training to some poeple here
Here's my top 3:
1)
25 pull ups
20 dead lifts @85%
X5 rounds
AMRAP
400m. run
30 kettle bell swings
Time Cap: 20 min
2)
1. 250m rameur
2. 2 ring dips
3. 3 toes to bar
4. 4 burpees over box
5. 5 box jumps
6. 6 kettle bell swings
7. 7 hand stand push ups
8. 8 kettle bell snatchs
9. 9 set ups
10. 10 pull ups
11. 11 muscle ups
12. (don't remeber, didn't reach level 12)
Sequence: 1, 2, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc.
Time cap 20 min.

85% clean squat
2 clean squats/min for 10 minutes
100 pull ups
80 double unders
60 trusters
40 back squats
