Downloading from Youtube / Vimeo ?

I have been trying to get a hang of how to do this for quite some time now, in order to get a collection of video's on a DVD / Blu Ray in order to watch them on TV.

Does anyone know of good software ( Free or Cheap ) to download Youtube videos ( I Know that Video Quality is not great, nor even good on Youtube ) But I want to be able to do it anyways.

You can cache video on your smart phone so when you are not on data or wifi you can watch them. The app is called Playtube. Not sure how to download a video on your computer though sorry.
 
just set the basic settings like the download folder and let the link grabber do the rest. just copy the YouTube link and it will show you the available quality to download.
 
Firefox plugin: Download Flash & Video.

Install the plugin (it will add a button to Firefox' toolbar).
Browse to whatever video you want to download. Hit play.
Right away the plugin's button turns blue. Click and select the video in the format and quality you want.
You now have the said video downloaded on your hd.

Works for pretty much any video, not only youtube. Porn included.

Thanks ! And when I put in the URL, it gives me for each videos 4 items, do I need to download all four ? or just the video part ? ( One of them is a JPEG, one of them is a .DOC, and the other is also JPEG )
