Opinions wanted

My computer skills are laughable, but the general idea is clear.
Below are 4 small ideas for a new exhaust setup on missy. I can't take the rattle anymore. Other than a custom center chassis muffler (packed), I'm weighing my options for a OEM looking setup. I used OEM tips from a E92 for the mockup. Don't think that's what I'll use, but similar; low key, on the smaller side, polished, rounded tip and straight cut.

Let me know what you think.

I prefer #4 and #2 in that order. #1&3 look weird imo.

Imo keep it oem...But if you really want to do any of the listed options, 4 outlets close which basically is an M3 exhaust

The 4 close together seems to be the most popular choice.
I like the simplicity of the OEM look, but dislike the giant muffler which has developed a nice rattle.
Thanks for the input, looks like the OEM M3 look with OEM tips is the final decision
