You'd cross into Michigan from Sarnia, ON, then pass into Indiana, then Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, and then it depends where in BC you're going. If you're doing like I did, to Vancouver, you'd pass through Idaho and Washington then north into Surrey, BC and voila! Really amazing drive, something you'll never forget.
