Longest time you've been unemployed?

a year and a half. got fired by purpose and enjoyed the best time of my live, even if i did not have money
 
Longest I went is three weeks in between jobs because they were preparing my office for my arrival.
 
used to be ''saisonnier'' installing ingroud pools . I'd work from april to november then be on chomage during winter. Would give me time to train other things
