My Abarth has been having lower AC flow when set to take fresh air from outside. Recirculate is fine.
I checked to see where the cabin filter is - usually replacing this solves the problem. I've changed many air cabin filters and they're usually simple: 2~4 screws under the glove compartment or on some GM products an outside vent to remove usually near the passenger's side windshield wipers.
Never have I seen such an aberration as in this Mazda design: The filter is buried under the passenger's side dashboard and judging from the pictures it would require 1-2h to replace:

Tabarnak it starts with removing the DOOR SIL TRIM! Whaaaa?
