Need a recommendation for a good tatto artist in mtl/south shore

So in 2015 I want to get my half sleeve/chest piece done. I dont want any color and am looking to deal with the best artist I can find. Cost doesnt matter and I'm not in a hurry.

I need someone whose creative and good at making sleeves flow well. I have 3 elements that I want to incorporate, but don't know how.
