You can't take them to court, you passed the time of any legal guarantee. It sucks but you should've tested the motor months ago

Souvent, c'est pas leur faute. Je te dirais que leur profit est au moins genre dans les 500%. Il achéte un container rempli de n'importe quoi au Japon pour un prix et ensuite ils les vendent. Un moteur JDM violé par le monde de track au Japon ensuite nettoyé et vendu au canadien / us market ....

mais tse, c'est comme si j'acheterais un article usager et que je l'utilise pas avant un bon boute, pis quand je vien pour l'utiliser il marche pas.

le gars au magasin y sait pas lui si tu l'a utiliser pendant 9 mois, meme si tu dis que tu vien juste de finir le projet.

on sais que t'es pas menteur, mais ya tellement de monde qui dise n'importe quoi aujourdhui. on peux pus se fier a personne.

comme par exemple, du monde qui appel la sq pour dire que une mazda3 noir sa roule a 200km/h.
 
I'm aware nothing will come of this. But if they don't want customers complaining publicly, maybe.... don't sell shit engines and check them all? I don't know but... seems pretty basic. The car, for the last year has been under camera 100% of its life and Ill gladly show timestamped footage over the last YEAR to prove that it hasn't run, and shows me pushing it around only, never starting. If I blew it up because of my actions, then I wouldn't have said anything. That would have been my fault, obviously.

I don't expect anything from them, especially since they said they wouldn't do anything for me.

they couldnt careless, they have been doing business like that for easily more than 10 years. and will probably still be around for a few years.
 
I didnt yank it out yesterday, was going to but couldn't find time. I can only work on it during the weekends, so next weekend if anything.

Blague appart; vu le délais, il n'y a rien que tu peux faire. Ça conne bottom end pour sure. Il faut enlever la pan, inspecter les main bearing + connecting rod bearing.
