That looks like a MINT stretch of pavement!

I hit up the track in full cold weather gear. It was chilly but awesome. Left early and only hit some traffic on the way back as people started heading out with kids

Yeah pretty awesome pavement quality! That stretch is part of the Seigneurie des Plaines bike paths, they invested a few millions in like 2019-2020 for that, it's brand new!

Connects the Petit Train du Nord to the TransTerrebonne.

Just ordered this in red on discount, I've been so impressed with how my Castelli Raddoppia 2 Winter Jacket (that I got on steeep discount last Summer) has held up to washings and is just straight up comfy, that I decided to get a lighter jacket instead of going for the long sleeve jersey route since it's similar money.

This will be for those days it's too cold for just a long sleeve base layer and a jersey on top, but don't want to sweat balls off with winter jacket:

also pro tip, pay for the "Duties paid" option when ordering from CRC, I've gotten nailed doing the cheap sneaky shipping too many times, it's worth it to know what you're paying and getting it faster (and often cheaper overall).

I like to support LBS but when it comes to clothing I just can't do it, it's like 100 bucks difference on this type of stuff

Was able to leave the home office a bit early and get out by 4:30 and do my usual 42K lakeshore loop, I think I'm back in respectable form 30.3kph avg. speed , got schooled by some guy spinning at like 60RPM in Lachine segment, on another level...

What a great Spring we're having, seriously awesome so far.

That’s great!

I’m at like 23-24, 26-27 If I’m pushing pretty hard

And yeah there’s always that guy that’s like

Relaxing evening 48km to the track and back. Nothing too crazy as riding quick along the canal is getting dicey with all the people out. Next time will bring second pair of glasses. Sunglasses at sundown sucked

Thats balls but these days there aren't many cars out. Just damn the road though Point Claire is terrible. Especially coming down by Stewart Hall.

Always beware of the oldguys

probably a mountain biker. I coach with an Enduro guys, giving like 4w/kg + easy at 65-70 rpm, mindblowing
