Hi everyone,

I need some help looking for a lapping car for next year. Criteria are as follows:

-NEEDS to be platable to be driven on the streets in Quebec (plan on driving it too and from the track). A trailered car is not what im looking for
-No FWD (RWD is prefered but AWD is acceptable if its a good deal)
-Looking for something that is already track prepped and can handle a two day event at LCMT with an experienced driver
-Budget is 10-15k

I've been looking around the forum here and other forums but I've had a very hard time finding something. I'm willing to go pretty much anywhere Quebec/Ontario. I know I could pick up a decent e36 or miata for this budget... If you guys could help me out and post some links for some interesting buys you may have found it would be a huge help. Looking to pick something up from now until June.

Thanks!

PS not looking for a huge project...looking for something that is ready to be brought on the track and that i can do small things on here and there every year....aka dont post a link for a good buy on a shell lol.

There aren't that many for sale to be honest. If you want a track car AND street legal at the same time.

There's some great track cars that come up for sale once in a while. The thing is, if you import it from anywhere outside quebec it WILL need an inspection. As we all know, track cars are street legal until you need an inspection haha :p

I totally understand the street legal part, it's a slippery slope when you buy a trailer :p , you need the space for it, etc., but you would have soooo much more options if looking for non street-legal cars in that price range.
