Honda Civic SI 1992 Race car – P&J Racing #86

Our race car is up for sale since we are changing race series this year. We built this car 6 years ago to compete in GT Sprint QC & Ontario where we have been very successful. For the past 3 years we raced it in the Super Production Challenge series in QC ending up P4 in the championship + Rookie of the year in 2012. We only took the car out for a couple events in 2013 & 2014. We have done lots of development over the years and this car is cheap to run, fast and reliable. Turn key (log book in hand) to race in SPC Classic, Championnat GT Québec, GT Sprint Ontario, Time Attack, Lapping… The car is really clean and we have always been taking good care of it. Lots of time and over 20k have been invested in this race car.

Engine

•B18C SpecR – ENDYN Race Built. 221 WHP | 152 WTQ on a Mustang Dyno Hondata S200 tuned.

The engine has been fully balanced, assembled, and blueprinted by JF Campeau at AEC in 2012. The Head Work has been done by ENDYN in Texas. At the end of the 2014 season we got an issue with one of the camshaft (Endyn Bumsticks) that cracked. We sent the head back to ENDYN and they replaced the whole Valvetrain. We also got the bottom end inspected and everything is A1 (Pistons, Rings, Bearings etc…) We replaced the headgasket & timing belt (Honda) while we were there. In order to gain more midrange power ENDYN suggest to try some Toda Spec B camshafts and turn out we got great results on the dyno (see pics). After the rebuilt we took the car out at Mosport last October for some testing and ran it only for 2h. The engine is now ready for some more action. Here’s the detailed built:

Sweet sweet ride. 220 whp in such a light and nimble car must be a whole lot of fun to drive.

Wow! C'est vraiment pas cher pour tout l'ensemble! Juste en drivetrain/freins/directions tes pas loins du prix demandé. Bonne vente sa devrais pas rester longtemps.
