James Bond 2015 Spectre Trailer

I'm from the Brosnan generation too, and I think he was the worst Bond aside from Dalton and Lazenby. Craig will go down as the best Bond IMO...

Trailer looks crazy, can't wait.
 
Not only is Craig the best bond in my opinion, but it's the villains they have casted in each movie that makes the series so great.

even if Craig represent nothing of what the real james bond should be, the new Spectre seems nice. Also, Bellucci and Waltz. I'm in
 
Pour moi Craig est le meilleur Bond, un personnage très renfermé émotionnellement mais tout de même atteignable. Plus naturel et moins Ken.
 
Je trouve que avec Craig la partie humour / charme / gentleman / gadget est un peu mis de l'arrière si on compare avec les vieux Bond. On dirais qu'ils mettent l'accent sur plus d'action. Comme ça a été dit, le vibe est différent d'avec Pierce, shean connery, roger moore.
 
^^ Bingo, j'ai hate que cette espece de vague on fait tout "dark" finisse. Craig just isnt Bond IMO. C'etait pas Brosnan dans le role de Bond qui etait pas bon, cetait la direction en general, ca veillis mal. Par contre tu met Brosnan dans les nouveau Bond avec un peu plus de charisme et gadget et ca marche a merveille.

Apparently I have to say this in every single Bond thread that pops up on MR. Craig's Bond character predates the other Bond characters, meaning his movies are prequels to the other Bond movies. They are establishing where Bond came from, what experiences he lived through and what it took to transform this person from a hard, tough agent to someone with more panache, more charisma, more subtle ways of doing things.

As for the gadgets, if you know your Bond films at all, you'll note that the first Bond films with Connery, there are barely any toys.

It's also why all of Craig's films have driven to one conclusion, his confrontation with SPECTRE. They are, after all who Connery has to deal with in his first few movies. With this movie, we are now getting introduced to this organization.

Sure, I agree and I get what they are trying to do, except Craig looks older than all of these other actors IMO. He has zero charisma that even a younger Bond would have, minus the confidence. I don't have a problem with the latest Bonds, I just think they miscast Craig. But that's just me.

I worked on the Tomb Raider reboot as well as the one that's about to come out. We did a very similar treatment to Lara Croft, except it's super clear that she's much younger. If that's what they were doing with Bond, they should have cast someone younger.

Specter is looking good though, I have to say. Still hate Craig as Bond, but much better.

opening scene of QoS: amazing.
the story was slow, but good. The introduction to Mr. White. The part at the theater. The End at the desert hotel.
All made for a well rounded movie.

Craig's in the movies is still far from the books, physically and in terms of personality. And in terms of Timeline and looks nothing fits..

as for the Spectre movie, I go in the same way as BurnsWRC. Movie will be great imo
 
I have yet to see a shitty Bond movie..

Craig may not fit the typical Bond persona, but so far he is doing fkn great! Can't wait to see Spectre...

whattt? humour, cest que tu dois pas la comprendre..charme..jte donne le point a 50%, gentleman..jpas d'accord avec toi, gadget, jte donne le point, mais personellement sa fais du bien justement, qu'on se concentre sur le personnage de james bond plutot que sur un paquet de gadget ridicule, les autres bond avant, on apprenais pas grand chose sur le personnage en tant que telle

But there is a reason, Daniel Craig said it himself, Mike Myers (Austin Powers) kind of fucked them on that
